By accessing or using QuickPredict ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

QuickPredict provides AI-powered technical analysis tools, stock trend indicators, and financial data visualizations for informational and educational purposes only. The Service does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of professional advice.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

QuickPredict offers free and paid (Pro) subscription tiers. By subscribing to the Pro plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the then-current subscription price. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the Service in bulk.
• Use the Service to engage in market manipulation or any illegal trading activity.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.
• Attempt to circumvent any access controls or rate limits imposed by the Service.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any data or analysis generated by the Service.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to algorithms, models, interface designs, logos, and text — are owned by QuickPredict and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Market data and financial information displayed on the Service are sourced from third-party providers including Polygon.io and other data vendors. QuickPredict makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such data. Third-party data is subject to those providers' own terms of service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickPredict and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including any financial losses resulting from investment decisions made in reliance on information provided by the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. QUICKPREDICT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF ANY PREDICTIONS OR ANALYSIS.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules.
